These terms apply when you visit productstatement.com or use Product Statement Builder. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. The tool

Product Statement Builder helps you turn your own inputs into a structured product statement. You may use the website for lawful personal or business drafting purposes.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

3. Your content and outputs

You keep responsibility for the words, product names, competitor names, examples, and other content you enter. Product Statement Builder does not claim ownership of your statement text.

4. Sharing and exports

If you create a share URL, your field values may be included in the URL fragment. Anyone with that URL may be able to read those values. Do not create or send a share URL unless you are comfortable sharing its contents.

If you copy text or export a statement card, you are responsible for how that copied or exported content is stored, edited, sent, or published after it leaves the website.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:
